Refund and Return Policy

At Urban Hides LLC, we put your satisfaction first. We are aware that occasionally a product could fall short of your expectations. Our policies are listed below to provide a clear and relaxed shopping experience. 

Note: Urban Hides LLC operates as an online only store and does not have a physical retail storefront for in person returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Contact us at support@urbanhides.shop to request your return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • A return authorization number (RMA) will be provided by our team – this must be included in your package. 
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the delivery box before sending it back.
  • Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team via email. 
  • All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. 

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following circumstances: 

  • The order was placed by mistake.
  • The item has been worn, used, or altered. 
  • The return request is made after 30 days. 

30 Days Easy Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days after delivery to make a return or exchange your item if you are unsatisfied with it or just decide to change your mind.

  • No Restocking Fees: For returned products, there are no restocking fees.
  • Exchanges: To initiate an exchange please contact our support team via email within the 30 days.
  • Custom Duties: Taxes and import duties are the customer’s responsibility. 

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order

  • If the order has not been processed: You are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the order has been processed: Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase it can no longer be cancelled. In this case you must wait to receive the item and then follow our standard 30 days return process.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you encounter any of the following issues contact us at support@urbanhides.shop so we can evaluate the situation and make it right

  • Incorrect Item: Provide photos of the wrong product received.
  • Damaged or Defective: Give a detailed description of the issue, your order details, and any supporting images or videos.
  • Faulty Manufacturing: After arrival, you have 30 days to report any manufacturing defects or functional issues.
  • Never Arrived: If tracking details confirm your package was not delivered you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approval & Timeline: If approved your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Business Days: Please note that business days are defined as Monday to Friday.
  • Banking Delays: While we process refunds within 3 business days, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account. If you have not seen the funds after 10 business days from our approval email, please contact us at support@urbanhides.shop.

How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or refund request, please email our Customer Support team with the following:

  1. Order Number and Date of Purchase.
  2. Reason for the request.
  3. Clear photographs of the product received.

Urban Hides LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website
