Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@urbanhides.shop with photo/video evidence within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a brand-new replacement free of cost or a full refund, at your preference. You do not need to return the item in these cases.

Change of Mind Returns: For change-of-mind returns, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing: Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
